The Libang Group was founded in 1991. Its subsidiaries include Baoding Gangxing Paper Industry Co., Ltd. and Hubei Libang Paper Co., Ltd. Among them, Hubei Libang Paper Co., Ltd. started construction in August 2018. 
The project is located in the High-tech Industrial Park of Xiaonan District, Xiaogan City, Hubei Province, a vital transportation hub connecting the eastern and western regions and the southern and northern regions, which is very conducive to business development in the central, southern, and southwestern regions. 
The official operation of the production base in Xiaogan, Hubei has enabled the coordination between Hubei Libang Paper Co., Ltd and Baoding Gangxing Paper Industry Co., Ltd in the north and south.
Hubei Libang Paper Co., Ltd covers an area of over 700 acres, with a total construction area of about 420,000 square meters, including approximately 392,000 square meters of factory buildings, about 28,000 square meters of comprehensive and ancillary buildings, equipped with a 190-ton heating system, sewage treatment system, office building, canteen, guard room, and greening facilities, and the purchase of 16 paper production lines and equipment. The total investment is about ￥ 1.7 billion, providing over 800 job positions. 
It is a large-scale intelligent manufacturing production base of the Libang Group in the central region, equipped with the most advanced paper-making machines and supporting equipment in the world, with a planned annual production capacity of approximately 300,000 tons. The Libang Group has always adhered to the corporate tenet of "taking quality as the lifeline."
